Private coaching

Some seasons need a room
with fewer people in it.

I have had parts of my life that would not stay inside the category I gave them. A business problem reached my marriage. An old fear became a management pattern. A body I kept overriding eventually made the decision for me.

Across the whole thing

We can work on the company without pretending the rest of your life is somewhere else.

Private coaching is where I work with one person across a company, a transition, a relationship, a decision, the cost of being needed, or a life that no longer feels like the one they meant to build.

I may ask a direct question, share what I have lived, or help turn an insight into an operational change. I do not become the final authority on another person's life, and I do not take ownership of a choice they have to live with.

What the relationship makes room for
01

Privacy

Some decisions need room before they are ready for a team, a peer group, or a public explanation.

02

Continuity

The conversation can continue across the company, the body, the relationship, and the week that follows.

03

Design

An insight can become a role, boundary, calendar change, conversation, handoff, or experiment with a date on it.

The commitment

This is intentionally limited work.

I currently have room for one private client. The relationship begins through a referral and an application because the fit matters too much to leave to a checkout page.

There are two ways to commit: twelve months at $10,000 per month, or six months at $12,000 per month. We meet privately each month and continue the work through a private text channel between calls.

The channel supports the coaching relationship. It is not emergency, crisis, medical, legal, financial, or mental-health support.

Scope

Perspective is not treatment.

This work may include fear, grief, trauma, relationships, the nervous system, and the body. I work from lived experience and coaching practice. Private coaching is not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health treatment.

When something belongs with a licensed professional or crisis resource, involving the person qualified for that responsibility may be the most useful next move.

Begin with what is happening

The polished version can wait.

The application asks what is happening, what has already been tried, and what remains. I read each inquiry before deciding whether the work and the relationship fit.

Private coaching is referral-based. An application begins the conversation and does not promise an opening.
