Speaking and facilitation

A talk can challenge the room.
A real conversation can change what happens next.

I speak from what I have lived through companies, family, grief, fear, recovery, and adventure. I prefer enough space to notice the people in front of me, ask a difficult question, and leave them responsible for what they choose next.

Why I work this way

I do not want to deliver a polished hour and leave a page of notes behind.

A useful story can help a room recognize something. A useful question can help the room say what has been true but difficult to name. The work becomes more interesting when people have time to notice what is happening, hear another experience, and decide what deserves to move.

A keynote may be the right beginning. A facilitated exchange, founder intensive, or room-opening practice can take the question further while everyone is still together.

Conversations I return to

Built from the work, shaped for the room.

01

What is success for now?

What changed when the old reason for building stopped being enough, and what growth, purpose, family, and legacy began asking next.

02

The business learns the founder

How fear, speed, control, identity, and avoidance become meetings, roles, handoffs, and decisions other people have to live inside.

03

Your calendar does not lie

The time practice I use to distinguish work worth protecting from work that may need redesign, delegation, containment, or a conscious choice to remain.

04

Did the work move?

Why a task can leave one desk while the decisions and emotional load stay behind, and what authority, context, ownership, and review change.

05

Witness before fixing

A practice for rooms that want challenge without humiliation, experience without prescription, and movement without taking away agency.

Formats
Open

Keynote conversation

A grounded story and practical frame shaped around the audience, followed by real questions rather than a ceremonial exchange.

Usually 45 to 75 minutes.

Work

Founder or leadership intensive

A working session around one live business, capacity, team, or transition question. The room leaves with an observable experiment.

Usually 90 minutes to one day.

Arrive

Room-opening facilitation

A beginning for a founder event, retreat, mastermind, or leadership gathering that helps people arrive and establish how the room will speak to itself.

Usually 60 to 120 minutes.

Bring me into a room

Start with the problem the room needs to work through.

Tell me who will be there, what has become difficult to say, and what would make the time useful. I will read it before anybody decides on a format.
